The Tallahassee Rays are a not for profit organization, there for we do not pay our coaches or players in any way, nor do we charge for admission to any of our home games, coaches clinics, kids clinics or events held at Gary Yordon field. However, we do have team costs like Insurance, Baseballs, Uniforms, League fees, Umpire fees, & Equipment. So you ask how do we make money or raise funds to continue to do this. That’s where you come in as a sponsor. We have many ways you can show your support for Your Tallahassee Rays and here they are. Keep in mind we are a 501C nonprofit organization so any donation or sponsorship is tax deductible.

 

1)      Donations: Donations of any kind are always welcome.

 

2)      Game Sponsorship: $60.00 per game.

 

You or your business will be announced as the sponsor for that game as well as announced throughout the game. The 7th inning stretch will be named after you for that game and you may choose to give away discount flyers or advertise your business at that time. Example: Tonight’s game is brought to you by (your business name) and the 7th inning stretch; Welcome to the (your business name) 7th inning stretch.

 

3)      Individual player sponsorship: Minimum of $65.00 and no greater than $170.00 per year.

 

With this you will receive an 8 x 10in section of a 4 x 8ft banner which will be at every game played as well as all events & brief announcements at home games.

 

4)      Business Sponsorship: $250.00 for a full calendar year.

 

Your business will receive a 4 x 8ft banner located in the outfield, as well as announced at every game. You will be placed on our web page for advertising as well as a link to your web page if applicable. You will also be added to any and all handouts done by the team.

 

5)      Full Team Sponsorship: $2,000.00 per season.

 

A full team sponsorship is just that your business would be the primary sponsor for The Tallahassee Rays for that season. You would receive a patch that would be placed on all jerseys worn by the team. 4 x 8ft banner in the outfield as well as announced at every home game. You would have your own section for advertising on our web page as well as a link to yours. Your business logo would be on any and all advertisements done by The Tallahassee Rays.
